White House dismisses new ‘climate change’ report, says its ‘extreme’ and not reality-based

(National SentinelHoax: We have just a dozen or so years to do something about human-caused “climate change” or the planet is going to be destroyed by the end of the century.

We’ve heard that before — “we’ve got a dozen or so years” to save the planet. And we’re hearing it again in a new federal report on climate change issued that essentially says, “No, really, this time we mean it.”

The White House pushed back on the report, however, much to the angst of the perpetually climate-triggered Left, describing it as “extreme” and divorced from reality.

“We think that this is the most extreme version, and it’s not based on facts,” White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said about the second volume of the Fourth National Climate Assessment.

“It’s based on – it’s not data-driven. We’d like to see something that is more data-driven. It’s based on modeling, which is extremely hard to do when you’re talking about the climate,” she added.

In fact, all previous climate assessments predicting doom and gloom — incorrectly — have been based on modeling.

Most weather forecasters have a hard getting them right for the week; how in the world can anyone seriously expect them to forecast climate events a year from now? Fifty years? A hundred? A thousand?

Sanders stressed that, noting the complexity of climate science.

“You have to look at the fact that this report is based on the most extreme modeled scenario, which contradicts long-established trends,” Sanders said. “Modeling the climate is an extremely complicated science that is never exact.”

The report stated that climate change was “expected to cause growing losses to American infrastructure and property,” “impede the rate of economic growth,” “disrupt agricultural productivity” and “threaten the health and well-being of the American people,” among other possible impacts, CNS News reported.

But all of these kinds of climate reports make those breathless claims.

Sanders also noted that this latest one is so “radical” that even former President Barack Obama’s undersecretary for science “didn’t believe” them.

As for the doom and gloom, who can forget climate alarmist Al Gore’s “An Inconvenient Truth” ‘documentary’ on climate change, when — in 2006 — the film predicted that “in 10 years” before all of the polar ice caps melted and flooded the globe.

‘Climate change’ to the Left is nothing less than an effort to destroy capitalism and impose global governance. It’s really no more complicated than that. In fact, that’s been admitted.
