DoJ refuses to let Huber testify before House as Clinton whistleblowers claim he LOST evidence twice

(National SentinelDeep State: We think it’s safe to say at this point that the entire Justice Department hierarchy has been thoroughly corrupted by the Washington establishment to the point where POTUS Donald Trump may have to just clean house.

There were several developments this week, many of on Thursday, proving this point.

First, the House Oversight subcommittee on Government Operations held a hearing yesterday focusing on corruption within the Clinton Foundation. House Freedom Caucus chairman Mark Meadows, R-N.C., led the hearing; two foundation whistleblowers appeared along with Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton.

But who wasn’t there is a huge part of the story: U.S. attorney for Utah John Huber.

Last month, Meadows said in media interviews that the House was planning to have Huber testify to committees about his progress regarding his investigation into the foundation and pretty much all things Clinton — the FBI’s handling of Hillary’s classified email probe, among them.

That didn’t happen. This week, the Justice Department notified the Oversight Committee that it would not make Huber available to provide testimony — for some reason.

Moreover, the two whistleblowers — Lawrence Doyle of DM Income Advisors and John Moynihan of JFM Associates (above) — informed Meadows and his committee that they turned over evidence to Huber’s office three times since Huber was assigned this investigation in April because those materials kept getting ‘lost.’

What’s more, Huber’s team suddenly became interested in the material again once they learned that Doyle and Moynihan were going to testify this week:

Why do you think Mr. Huber waited until November 30th to call you about 4 letters you had sent prior?

 I don’t know.

Do you think it might have had to do with you coming here to testify?… They were fully aware because we had asked them to come and be a witness at this particular hearing. Then all of the sudden you get a phone call from what, Mr. Huber’s second in command. Is that correct?

He was clearly the assistant US Attorney dealing directly with Mr. Huber.

Well I find it just very coincidental that on November 30th, a few days before the hearing, after we notified them that we wanted them to come testify that all of the sudden they would start following up. So Mr. Doyle what did they say about the documents that you had provided them?

It gets worse.

Doyle and Moynihan have some 6,000 pages of evidence against the Clinton Foundation, which they say was acting more as a foreign agent rather than a non-profit charity. They also said they’ve given the IRS and the FBI copies of their evidence.

But they refused to provide those documents to Meadows’ committee, infuriating him.

“If you’re not going to share your information with this Committee, my patience is running out,” Meadows said, giving them some time to consult with their attorneys.

They still refused.

“We will not be providing those materials…” Moynihan said.

“We will compel you to bring all those documents to this Committee then…let me just tell you, this is a hearing to get to the truth and what you’re saying is that you’re all about the truth, Mr. Moynihan..if you’re all about the truth then why aren’t you willing to give us the documents?” Meadows said raising his voice.

Why did these two show up to testify if they weren’t prepared to provide the committee with their evidence?

On Tuesday during an interview with Fox News‘ Martha McCallum, Meadows said that there were three whistleblowers with thousands of documents preparing to testify who had “explosive” information to share.

“They [whistleblowers] have 6,000 pages of evidence that they’ve gone through,” McCallum said. “The foundation raised $2.5 billion, and they’re looking into potential improprieties. What’s next on this investigation?”

“Well, I think for the American people, they want to bring some closure, not just a few sound bites, here or there, so we’re going to be having a hearing this week, not only covering over some of those 6,000 pages that you’re talking about, but hearing directly from three whistleblowers that have actually spent the majority of the last two years investigating this,” Meadows said.

“Some of the allegations they make are quite explosive, Martha and as we just look at the contributions — now everybody’s focused on the contributions for the Clinton Foundation and what has happened just in the last year, but if you look at it, you know, it had a very strong rise, the minute [Hillary Clinton] was selected as Secretary of State — then it dipped down when she was no longer there and then rose again, when she decided to run for president. So there’s all kinds of allegations of you know, pay-to-play and that kind of thing,” he added.

About the only thing we learned on Thursday was that the Clintons were likely using their foundation as a clearinghouse where foreign governments would go to request special favors from soon-to-be-President Hillary. But we already suspected that, so that information is less than ‘groundbreaking.’

Moynihan stated that 60 percent of the donations going to the Clinton Foundation were used for “administration fees” which is a major difference from the industry standard of 10-15 percent for admin fees.

“The investigation clearly demonstrates that the [Clinton] Foundation was not a charitable organization per se, but in pointed fact was a closely held family partnership,” Doyle added.

“As such, it was governed in a fashion in which is sought in large measure to advance the personal interests of its principles as detailed within the financial analysis…and further confirmed within the supporting documentation and evidence,” he continued.

Fine. But where is the Justice Department? And why wouldn’t DoJ allow Huber to testify?

Perhaps Huber’s evidence is such that the Justice Department doesn’t want it made public just yet, and that’s understandable. But the hesitancy regarding Doyle and Moynihan to turn over their evidence, especially if they’ve already given it to the IRS and FBI — and Huber three times — is troubling.

There is more here than meets the eye, as usual. It certainly smells like yet another attempt to cover up for the Clintons.

They must know where a helluva lot of bodies are buried.
