On February 17th, Alabama Public Television created a live electronic field trip entitled “Exploring Mount Vernon" for about 50,000 students across the state. The program was co-sponsored by the George Washington Masonic Memorial. Kids were able to explore George Washington's estate and to interact with George and Martha via an online Skype connection.
