Sikorsky-Boeing delivers future Long-Range Assault Aircraft proposal with its DEFIANT X to US Army

On September 7, 2021, the Sikorsky-Boeing team released the following statement on the early submittal of the proposal for DEFIANT X for the U.S. Army’s Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), a pre-Major U.S. Defense Acquisition Program (ACAT 1C) that will develop and field the next generation of affordable vertical lift tactical assault/utility aircraft for the Army.
