According to information published by the Moscow Times on July 23, 2021, Dmitry Shugayev, the chief of Russia’s Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, confirmed the agreement between Myanmar and Russia concerning the delivery of six Sukhoi Su-30 fighter jets despite political troubles in Myanmar.
