According to information published by the U.S. Department of Defense on May 20, 2021, the U.S. Navy's aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), and its strike group departed Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) to support security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
