According to the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Communications of the Stavropol Territory, Russia, a prototype of a small-size armored car was developed and created by Utek, located in the city of Mikhailovsk (Stavropol Territory). The vehicle is designated "Mercenary", BMPD reports.
