According to information published by Sputnik on April 30, 2021, the Moskva cruiser of project 1164 of the Black Sea fleet fired Vulkan anti-ship missile, the Defense Ministry said. The cruiser held a set of drills with Black Sea fleet warships and trained air defense with naval airplanes and helicopters.
