The U.S. State Department announced on February 17 tht it has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Finland of Extended Range Guided Multiple Launch Rocket Systems and related equipment for an estimated cost of $91.2 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale.
