According to a tweet ôsted by the Royal Australian Air Force on November 30, the first flight of the season for Op Southern Discovery has delivered supplies, equipment, vehicles and personnel to Wilkins Aerodrome in Antarctica. It's a 7,000km round trip for the 36 Sqn C-17As.
