Gapay, Commanding General of the Philippine Army, greeted the reception of the newly-customized Mobile Command Center 4 (MCC4) KM-450, part of a fleet of mobile command posts which serve as coordinating venues between the Army Signal Regiment and other government agencies in the event of disasters or other crisis incidents, Defense Studies reports.
