General Dynamics NASSCO to modernize US Navy amphibious assault ship USS Bataan

The U.S. Navy has awarded General Dynamics a contract worth $107 million for USS Bataan maintenance, modernization and repair. The company will provide the facilities and human resources capable of completing, coordinating and integrating multiple areas of ship maintenance, repair and modernization for USS Bataan (LHD 5).
