More training facilities for Singapore army in Australia

Singaporean Minister for Defence Dr Ng Eng Hen and Australian Minister for Defence Linda Reynolds signed a Treaty on Military Training and Training Area Development in Australia on 23 March at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore and the Parliament House in Canberra, Australia, respectively. The signing, witnessed by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, took place during the 5th Singapore-Australia Leaders' Meeting, which was conducted via video conference in view of the global Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
