On Dec.18, 2019, the 40th Artillery Regiment (40e RA) based in Suippes received the first four Arquus VT4 tactical vehicles in standard 2.1 with new land force camouflage which characterizes the Scorpion program. These deliveries translate the renewal of the French army equipment triggered by the Military Programming Law 2019-2025.
