This is a two year base contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Pennsylvania with an Aug. 30, 2016 performance completion date. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2013 through fiscal year 2016 Navy Service funds. NAVY


           Lockheed Martin Sippican Inc., Marion, Mass, is being awarded a $37,316,742 modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-11-C-6404) for the production of MK48 Mod 7 Common Broadband Advanced Sonar System (CBASS) functional item replacement (FIR) kits, related engineering services to support CBASS FIR kits, and CBASS FIR kit warranty. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy (77 percent) the Netherlands (13 percent) and Canada (10 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Work will be performed in Marion, Mass. (95 percent), and Syracuse, N.Y. (5 percent), and is expected to be completed by July 2017. Fiscal 2013 Weapons Procurement, Navy and FMS funding in the amount of $37,316,742 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.            Donovan Commercial Industries, Nortonville, Ky., is being awarded a $19,147,158 firm-fixed-price contract for four sizes of low hazard linear shaped charges. The low hazard flexible linear shaped charges are used to produce a linear cutting action in various applications where remote, fast and reliable cutting of obstacles and other targets is required. Work will be performed in Nortonville, Ky., and is expected to be completed by August 2018. Fiscal 2013 Procurement of Ammunition, Air Force funding in the amount of $254,184 will be obligated at the time of the award, and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.            Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Bethpage, N.Y., is being awarded a $15,506,798 firm-fixed-priced contract to conduct a proof of concept trade study for the design, build, test, and evaluation of an advanced high gain ultra high frequency electronically scanned array in support of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye Program. Work will be performed in Kapolei, Hawaii (66 percent); Bethpage, N.Y. (26 percent); and Stockton, Calif. (8 percent); and is expected to be completed in November 2015. Fiscal 2012 and 2013 Research, Development, Test & Evaluation, Navy contract funds in the amount of $15,506,798 are being obligated on this award, $6,999,000 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity (N00019-13-C-2025).





           Physical Optics Corp.*, Torrance, Calif., is being awarded $14,452,568 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order #0003 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N68335-12-G-0045) for the upgrade of 49 aircraft data transfer systems to advanced data transfer systems for the MH-60 and V-22 aircraft. This effort provides for the development of hardware and software solutions for an advanced digital data military operating environment, and replacement of the current data transfer systems. The advanced data transfer system will increase mission effectiveness by providing situational awareness, reduce crew workload, and enhanced capability for navigation, and mission planning. Work will be performed in Torrance, Calif. (60 percent) and Bloomington, Minn. (40 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2015.            Tetra Tech EC, Inc., Virginia Beach, Va., is being awarded $13,601,767 for task order #WE09 under a previously awarded cost reimbursement contract (N62470-13-D-8007) for performing remedial action and radiological remediation assessment at the former Naval Air Station Brunswick. Work will be performed in Brunswick, Maine, and is expected to be completed by June 2016. Fiscal 2013 Base Realignment and Closure, Navy contract funds in the amount of $13,601,767 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.            BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Greenlawn, N.Y., is being awarded an $8,539,660 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-12-C-2011) to exercise an option for the procurement and repair of Common Identification Friend or Foe Digital Transponder hardware for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and the governments of Canada, Taiwan, South Korea and United Arab Emirates (UAE).            ITSI Gilbane Co., Walnut Creek, Calif., is being awarded $7,669,742 for firm-fixed-price task order #0007 under a previously awarded environmental multiple award contract (N62473-10-D-0808) for hot spot delineation and excavation remedial action Parcel E-2 at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Work will be performed in San Francisco, Calif., and is expected to be completed by August 2015. Fiscal 2013 Base Realignment and Closure, Navy contract funds in the amount of $7,669,742 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. AIR FORCE


          The Royal Jordanian Air Academy, Amman, Jordan has been issued task order #0007 in the amount of $12,789,935 for the firm-fixed-price contract (FA3002-12-D-0006) for English language and technical training to Iraqi Air Force students. Training will be at the Royal Jordanian Air Academy, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 8, 2014. This contract is in support of foreign military sales. Air Education and Training Command Contracting Squadron/LGCI (International Contracting Flight), Randolph Air Force Base, Texas is the contracting activity.





          Delaware Resource Group of Oklahoma, LLC, Oklahoma City, Okla., has been awarded a $10,861,139 modification (P00024) to contract (FA4890-12-C-0004) for F-15C/E, F-16 and F-22A contract aircrew training and courseware development. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $27,912,885. Work will be performed at Shaw Air Force Base (AFB), S.C., Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, Langley AFB, Va., Nellis AFB, Nev., Seymour Johnson AFB, N.C., and Hill AFB, Utah, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2014. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $289,492,046. Work will be performed at Little Rock Air Force Base (AFB), Ark., and Keesler AFB, Miss., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2014. Fiscal 2013 Aircraft Procurement funds in the full amount will be obligated at time of award.
