Other location of performance is Tennessee. Using services are Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps. There were five responses to the Web solicitation. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012/2013 Defense Working Capital Funds. The date of performance completion is Feb. 28, 2013. GE Datex Ohmeda, Inc., Madison, Wis., was issued a modification exercising the third option year on contract SPM2D1-09-D-8348/P00016. The award is a fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract with a maximum $19,847,688 for patient monitoring systems, subsystems, accessories, consumables, spare/repair parts, and training. NAVY
Lockheed Martin, Mission Systems and Sensors, Moorestown, N.J., is being awarded an $88,467,830 cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee with performance incentives and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-09-C-5103) to exercise options for fiscal 2012 Aegis Platform Systems Engineering Agent activities and Aegis Modernization Advanced Capability Build engineering for the CG 57 and DDG 51 class of ships. Work will be performed in Moorestown, N.J., and is expected to be completed by December 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
Raytheon Co., Integrated Defense Systems, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $55,064,485 modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-11-C-2404) to exercise the option for the integrated shipboard electronics for LPD 27, consisting of: engineering control system; magnetic signature control system; ship control system; navigation data distribution system; shipboard wide area network; wire-free portable communication system; integrated voice communication system; sensors; Marine Corps support equipment; and surface search sensor system (AN/SPS-73). Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by February 2018. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Raytheon Co., Goleta, Calif., is being awarded a $48,663,690 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for software development support of the ALR-67(V) 3 radar for the U.S. Navy and the governments of Australia, Kuwait, Qatar, Malaysia, Switzerland, Canada, and various other future foreign military sales customers. Work will be performed in Point Mugu, Calif., and is expected to be completed in February 2017. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy ($28,891,633; 59.2 percent) and, under the Foreign Military Sales Program, the governments of Australia ($4,550,055; 9.4 percent), Kuwait ($1,975,745; 4.1 percent), Qatar ($1,975,746; 4.1 percent), Malaysia ($1,975,746; 4.1 percent), Switzerland, ($1,382,049; 2.8 percent), Canada ($1,386,915; 2.9 percent), and other future foreign military sales customers ($6,525,801; 13.4 percent). Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $19,511,897 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00019-11-D-0004) for AIM-9X integrated logistics support for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and the governments of Singapore, Australia, Denmark, Finland, Turkey, South Korea, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, and Poland. Sea Box, Inc.*, Riverton, N.J., is being awarded a $7,707,538 firm-fixed-price delivery order 0008 under previously awarded blanket purchase agreement (M67854-08-A-5017) for the procurement of 317 small field refrigeration systems in support of the Program Manager, Expeditionary Power Systems. Work will be performed in Riverton, N.J., and is expected to be completed by March 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Robert and Co., Atlanta, Ga., is being awarded a maximum $7,500,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for complete architect and engineering services for petroleum fuel facilities in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southeast area of responsibility (AOR). These services may include tank storage inspection, design of renovations to existing facilities, preparation of design-build request for proposals, and comprehensive integrated design services (full plans and specifications). Task order 0001 is being awarded at $205,976 for architect-engineering consulting and design services for the replacement of underground fuel piping at Naval Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Fla. Work for this task order is expected to be completed by June 2012. All work under this contract will be performed at various Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD facilities within the NAVFAC Southeast AOR, and is expected to be completed by March 2017. VIRGINIA CONTRACTING ACTIVITY
Integrity Application, Inc., Chantilly, Va., was awarded a time-and-material contract with a completion date of Sept. 14, 2016, and a maximum value of $58,573,766 over a five-year period. Under the terms of the contract, Integrity Application will provide the Defense Intelligence Agency with engineering and analytical services to be performed in Chantilly, Va. The contract falls under the Virginia Contracting Activity (HHM402-11-C-0113).
AIR FORCE
The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $31,697,830 firm-fixed-price contract for Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing Systems full rate production. One hundred and eleven systems are being procured for the U.S. Navy and, under the Foreign Military Sales Program, Pakistan, Belgium, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, and Finland. The location of the performances is San Jose, Calif. Work is expected to be completed Dec. 31, 2013. ASC/WWSK, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-01-D-0026).
Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., Herndon, Va., is being awarded a $14,945,646 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery, requirements contract for a Survivability/Vulnerability Information Analysis Center which will perform research and development in order to complete the vulnerability analysis report, system prototype reports, and the risk analysis reports. The location of the performance is McLean, Va. Work is expected to be completed Feb. 28, 2015.
