Between now and then, the Grand Lodge of West Virginia's annual communication is taking place. Perhaps the situation will be resolved before the trial date.
The MW Grand Lodge of WV and MW Brother Frank J. Haas's attorneys met in mediation and failed to meet any agreement. The Judge has set a trial date of November 2, 2009.
